Dear friends

I would appreciate if you want to use your knowledge and experience to review the proposed rules and the attached list.

I have tried to be consistent as possible but there are always exceptions. So there is not really a truth!

The goal is to avoid apparent differences in incidence and prevalence because of “faults” in coding (for example starting two times the episode diabetes in one person).

In the CC some colleagues from the Dutch Transition project. They can use the Dutch attachment. For the use of the frequency rule for the episodes (low probability to have in one person two diseases in the same rubric) I used the Transition project data from 4 years!
