Just thought I would share this short article/bit on ICF. Hope we are 
talking about it and just developing links in ICPC 3. These appear useful 
concepts to add.

1. Functioning and Disability
a) Change in body structure + Change in body function
b) Impairment in activity + Impairment in participation

2. Contextual factors - environment + personal

3. Patient goals - cycle and global vs. therapeutic goals
