Dear all,
I've arranged for anyone who wants to do some work on Friday September 5th to be able to meet at the Portuguese Association of General Practice/Family Medicine's headquarters anytime between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. We can use several rooms, have wireless Internet access, and coffee breaks. _*But I need to know in advance who wants to go.*_
I suggest we begin at 14:00, as we need to go out to lunch. So, morning from 9:30 to 12:30, luch break from 12:30 to 14:00 and afternoon from 14:00 to 17:30. Is this ok?
The best way to get there from the hotel is to get a train from Oriente Station and leave at Entrecampos (the subway would take longer). The train journey itself takes 10 minutes, count on 7 minutes to walk from the hotel to the train station and 3 minutes from the train station to the Association, so 20 minutes in total. See https://goo.gl/maps/EVYIt
For the train, you will need a Lisboa Viva Viagem card (see "How do I get there?" on the orientation document https://docs.google.com/document/d/14W0n2Pqc1qUdKrjwTnZXxpG4ZcMpi_TQKReewYBe6lc/edit?usp=sharing).
The Association is at 97 Avenida da República. Ring for the first floor when you get there, someone will buzz you in. Climb two flights of stairs (the ground floor is at the top of the first flight of stairs) and there should be someone at the door or ring the doorbell.
Kees, you had asked for a room. Can the coding recommendations and teaching group meet there from 9:30 to 12:00?
_*Would anyone else like to meet or just get some work done there?*_
Best regards,
-- Daniel Pinto
